Oakland's about six miles up the road from the bench, and a good share of the trucks Mark sees come down from that way — the older farm rigs and work pickups that just need someone who knows them. He's got a real soft spot for the older diesels, the 7.3 Power Stroke and the 5.9 Cummins especially. If you're nursing an older Ford or Dodge in Oakland, that's squarely his wheelhouse.
